Wind Power Generation Complex and the New and Renewable Energy Center
The Wind Power Generation Complex. "Follow the sun, water and wind to the East Sea." The sun, ocean and wind. Is there anything more you could want at the east coast? A view from an ocean path representative of Blueroad. There is wind everywhere, but here, you can find out more about it and hear the song of the wind.
There is wind everywhere. It spreads out vastly and it's cool. If I were to name this place, I would call it 'windmill garden on top of the wind'. That has more warmth to it.

The sun, ocean and wind. Is there anything more you could want at the east coast? A view from an ocean path representative of Blueroad. You can see all three everywhere, but here, you can find out more about the wind and hear the song of the wind. The wind of Yeongdeok and the south wind from the Pacific dance with the 24 generators. There are many things to fill your heart here. After walking at Sunrise Park near the Changpomal Lighthouse, head up the coastal road and the Yeongdeok Wind Power Generation Complex is near. The complex has 24 wind power generators, the New and Renewable Energy Center, the Sunrise Camping Ground, an aircraft display with 10 Air Force planes, a large soccer field with lighting for night time and an outdoor performance area. There are also small parks like 'wind park', 'sky park', 'pinwheel park' and 'children's park'. It is a great course to walk. There are monuments of Gosan Yun Seondo, Shin Deukcheong and Lee Yuheon. It is like a huge literature park. When you enter the complex, the first thing you see is the Gosan Yun Seondo's poem monument. The East Coast Moonlight Hike takes place when there is a full moon. Who would have thought the inspiration of ancient sages would be brought out by a moonlight hike?

Shin Deukcheong Monument
On the way to the New and Renewable Energy Center, another monument greets you. It is the Shin Deukcheong Monument with "Yeokdaejeolliga". Shin Deukcheong was born in Illyang-ri, Changsu-myeon, and was the lord of Pyeongsan Prefecture. He wrote "Yeokdaejeolliga" at the end of the Goryeo Period, but Goryeo fell. "Yeokdaejeolliga" is considered to be the first work of Korean lyrical literature. It is praised along with Shin Deukcheong's patriotism.

Sunrise Camping Ground
On the way to the top of the Wind Power Generation Complex, there is a 6.8km area at 26 San. It is the Sunrise Camping Ground. The sunrise and sunset look great from here. The camping ground has 10 capsule houses, 2 camping cars and space for 10 tents. It calls out to you with a view of the ocean touching the sky.

New and Renewable Energy Center
This is a place to learn about energy from the wind and sky in a leisurely fashion. It is an energy paradise filled with much to see and experience. Let's take a look around the New and Renewable Energy Center. To the right of the entrance, there is a touch screen in high resolution with tourist information. Past the entrance, you can see energy with seven different themes. It reminds you of what you learned about energy in school and then forgot over time. You can understand more about energy by completing the missions given. On the 2nd floor, there is a sweet flag foot bath heated with solar heat to rest your tired legs. I'm going to recharge and look at everything else in the center.
