Mokeun Cultural Festival is a event to commemorate "Mokeun Yi Saek", the great scholar of Goryo Periods.
He was born in Yeongdeok and famous for his loyalty and Goryo literatur.
We are trying to combine the regional and Traditional culture for the effect of expanding demand for Tourism.
